Mr. Emry is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants.
He is a former chairman of the quality review committee of the Nevada Society
of Certified Public Accountants and a past member of the editorial advisory committee
for the Journal of Accounting, which is the accounting profession's technical
journal.
Mr. Emry founded the firm in October 1983. The Company has
